Our Services​

Medicine of Love offers personalized matchmaking services designed to help clients pursue meaningful, compatible relationships. Services may include consultations, interviews, assessments, feedback, profile review, curated introductions, coaching support, and other matchmaking-related services, depending on the package selected.

Client Information

Clients agree to provide information that is complete, accurate, and truthful at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in refusal, suspension, or termination of services without refund.

Fees and Refunds

All monies or fees paid to Medicine of Love are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Choosing not to continue, changing personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with timing or outcomes does not create a right to a refund.

No Guarantee of Timing or Relationship Outcome

Medicine of Love does not guarantee that introductions will occur within the original timeframe of a client’s package, as matchmaking is a personalized process and timelines may vary based on compatibility, preferences, location, availability of suitable matches, and client participation. Where a client’s package includes a specified number of introductions, Medicine of Love will use reasonable efforts to provide that number. However, introductions will not be made merely to satisfy a numerical obligation. Medicine of Love will not present unsuitable matches to complete a package. If the included introductions cannot reasonably be completed within the original package term, Medicine of Love may extend the service for a reasonable period, at no additional cost, solely to complete the remaining introductions.

No Guarantee of Chemistry or Long-Term Compatibility

While Medicine of Love carefully considers values, lifestyle, preferences, and compatibility factors when making introductions, no service can guarantee mutual attraction, chemistry, emotional connection, or long-term relationship success. Clients understand that matchmaking is a personalized and subjective process.

Independent Decision-Making

Clients remain fully responsible for their own personal decisions, communications, meetings, and relationships. Medicine of Love does not make decisions on behalf of clients and is not responsible for the actions, conduct, statements, or behaviour of any match, member, or third party.

Client Conduct

Clients are expected to conduct themselves with honesty, courtesy, maturity, and respect toward all matches and all parties involved in the matchmaking process. Repeated cancellations, missed meetings, disrespectful conduct, harassment, dishonesty, or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

Screening and Background Checks

Medicine of Love reserves the right to require reasonable screening measures, including identity verification and, where appropriate, criminal record or background checks through the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) or other relevant authorities or agencies. Refusal to participate in required screening may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.

Confidentiality

Privacy and discretion are central to the services provided by Medicine of Love. All personal information shared by clients, prospective matches, and members must be treated as confidential. Clients agree not to disclose private information about another client, match, or member, and may not share proprietary business information, processes, materials, or internal practices belonging to Medicine of Love. A breach of confidentiality may result in the immediate suspension or termination of services or the client agreement, without refund.

Non-Disparagement

Medicine of Love welcomes respectful, honest, and constructive feedback. Both parties agree not to publish or communicate false, malicious, or intentionally damaging statements about the other. Nothing in this clause prevents a person from sharing truthful information where required by law or in the context of a lawful complaint or legal proceeding.

Suspension or Termination

Medicine of Love reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at its sole discretion where a client breaches these Terms, behaves in a way that undermines the integrity of the service, creates safety concerns, or acts in a manner considered inappropriate, dishonest, or harmful to the company, its members, or its clients. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

Membership Pause

Certain client packages may include the option to place services on pause while a client is actively exploring a match. Any pause is subject to the approval of Medicine of Love and is not effective unless and until confirmed in writing by Medicine of Love. The written confirmation will specify whether the pause has been approved and the length of the approved pause, which may be up six months.

Changes to These Terms

Medicine of Love may update or revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content belonging to Medicine of Love, including but not limited to text, branding, logos, graphics, forms, questionnaires, website materials, and service content, remains the exclusive property of Medicine of Love unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written consent.
